Terms of service

Agreement

These terms apply to merchants who install Mirava: AI Virtual Try-On ("Mirava"), operated by Bony Ecommerce. By installing or using the app you agree to them, together with the Shopify Terms of Service and our privacy policy.

The service

Mirava lets your shoppers see your products on a photo of themselves or on a ready-made AI model. Results are generated by AI and are a visual preview, not a guarantee of fit, size or color. You are responsible for telling shoppers this where appropriate; the try-on window includes a short notice.

Plans and billing

  • Plans, prices and included try-ons are listed on the pricing page and in the app.
  • Charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, in USD.
  • On paid plans you can allow extra try-ons at the listed price, up to the monthly budget you set.
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app. Shopify handles proration.

Your content and your shoppers

You keep all rights to your product images and models you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. You must have the right to use any model photos you upload. You are responsible for your store's own privacy notice covering the use of try-on.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mirava to create misleading, sexual or harmful images, images of minors, or images of people without their consent, and do not try to get around limits, screening or security. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep Mirava fast and available, but AI generation depends on third-party providers and the service is provided "as is". We may change features over time and will give notice in the app for significant changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales.

Ending the service

You can uninstall Mirava at any time. Your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.
