What counts as a try-on?
One finished result image. Photos that are rejected by screening, and try-ons that fail, are not counted.
What happens when I reach my monthly try-ons?
On Free, the button stops creating new try-ons until next month. On paid plans you can turn on extra try-ons at $0.05 each, up to the monthly budget you set.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose a new plan in the app; Shopify shows the approval page and the change takes effect when you return to the app.
Are results from ready-made models counted too?
The first result for a product and model is generated once and counted once. After that it shows instantly to every shopper who picks the same model.
